Designed for women who are trying to conceive or currently pregnant and are wanting to learn how to relax, de-stress, how to make healthy choices and want more information on what exercise you can do during pregnancy

A time to sit back and relax during a time to focus on your breath and how to create a connection with this in your daily life and with movement. We want you to walk away from this afternoon feeling empowered with tools and knowledge on how to optimise your breathing system, build a strong and functional core and pelvic floor to support a growing baby, how to help pregnancy related aches and pain but most of all helpful hints and tricks on how to be a healthy balanced mumma.

Create mindful connection to bub + your changing body and why your breath is integral to optimise your energy, increase pelvic floor and core functioning, help to reduce aches and pains, taps into your parasympathetic nervous system to calm you and when integrated into movement can help to reduce pressure on your connective tissue.
