Designed for women who have had one or all their babes and looking to heal their core, pelvic floor and posture to ensure they can get back to feeling positive, confident and pain free.

  

W H A T   T O   E X P E C T

Time to mingle with other mums who are on a similar journey to you over tea and delicious treats. Then you can sit back and relax during a time to focus on your breath and learn how to create a connection with this in your daily life and then with movement. We want you to walk away from this afternoon feeling empowered with tools and knowledge on how to optimise your breathing system to help rebuild a strong and functional core and pelvic floor to support looking after, carrying around, picking up after a bubba. We want to give you a plan on how to implement phases of recovery to ensure you can get back to incorporate impact exercise in your life again or maybe even just running around after your kiddies without having to worry about peeing yourself.

Mindful connection to your postpartum body and why your breath is integral to optimise your energy, increase pelvic floor and core functioning, helps to reduce aches and pains, taps into your parasympathetic nervous system to calm you and when integrated into movement can help to reduce pressure on your connective tissue and help your pelvic floor and separation heal.

Learn amazing techniques to incorporate your breath with a pelvic floor + core lift + wrap with mat pilates exercises to ensure you can recover post baby and even feel more in tune with your body than before babies.

As a new mum you are going to be bending over to pick up your bubba on average 60 times per day. We want you to feel comfortable and confident to complete these movements with fabulous form and learn how to integrate these into at home workouts.
